Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using the NGN CAD platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or private medical provider, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

NGN CAD is a cloud-based Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and medical fleet management platform. It provides tools for incident logging, resource allocation, and electronic Patient Report Form (ePRF) generation. We continuously update and improve the Service; thus, specific features may change without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to the following:

  • Data Accuracy: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of clinical data, dispatch times, and patient information entered into the system.
  • Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and enforce Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) among your staff.
  • Appropriate Use: You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transmit malicious code.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

The Service is billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually) at a flat rate, regardless of user or vehicle count. There are no setup fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

5. Service Availability (SLA)

We strive to provide a 99.9% uptime for the NGN CAD platform. However, the Service is subject to occasional scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clinical Disclaimer: NGN CAD is an operational tool and clinical aid; it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, emergency triage training, or independent medical decision-making. NGN Development shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from dispatch errors, delayed response times, medical negligence, or hardware failure by the user.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
