It started simply. I had friends who owned a medical CIC (Community Interest Company) that specialized in festival and event medical cover. Watching them manage high-pressure situations with messy whiteboards, frantic radio calls, and endless paper files was a turning point.
I knew there had to be a better way to keep track of resources and keep patients safe. I started developing NGN CAD specifically to help them manage their event workflow with clarity and speed.
As the system evolved, it became clear that this wasn't just for festival medical cover—every private medical provider, ambulance service, and out-of-hours team was struggling with the same outdated tools. And so, NGN CAD was born to bring professional-grade dispatch software to the rest of the industry.
